With its origins through the Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives (KDLA), who selected SMLLC to provide an automated local government records indexing system specifically designed to serve the county clerks, the system known as CCLIX©, (pronounced “clicks”), county clerk indexing, is currently being utilized in three fourths of Kentucky’s county clerk offices.
