I am a neurodivergent clinician and mom to a neurodivergent child myself and have dedicated all continuing education and advanced certifications on neuro-affirming care/ evidence-based practices. My treatment is child-led and heavily involves families (including collaborative goal setting and resources for home use) as I emphasize carryover into the child’s natural environment and peer interactions.
