Vonda Czapor

I’ve spent my career building and leading high performance teams in the contact center
industry, where I learned the power of collaboration, communication, and supporting people at
every level. I’m married with three grown sons and three wonderful grandchildren who keep
life full and meaningful.
After many years in the corporate world, I felt called to do work that creates a direct and lasting
impact on the lives of the people we serve. A former colleague introduced me to FEAT of
Louisville, and from the moment I learned about the mission, I felt an immediate connection.
I’m grateful to be part of an organization where purpose and people truly come first.
In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family, swimming, walking, and most of all playing with
my grandchildren. I love meeting new people and look forward to applying the skills I’ve gained
over the years to support this amazing organization.
